[IRCA] TPs for 16 April

1238 to 1255 UT listening, and seemed that signals were already 
fading down during that period.  Quite a number of good level 
carriers, but nothing much in the way of decent audio

reasonable audios (though often battling w/splash): nothing really

not so reasonable audio, occasional words in splash or noise:  774, 828

Burbles in the splatter:  594, 738 DU, 1134, 1278, 1377, 1593 seemed CC

Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by 
splatter):  747, 855 w/hum, 972, 1053, 1188, 1269, 1287, 1386, 1458 DU?
