Listened 1305-1335UT. Almost threw in the towel right away, as heard
practically no audio, and many frequencies were carrier
free. However, some sort of enhancement then took place, but seemed
to have faded by 1335UT. Nothing was particularly strong. For the
last 10 minutes (it's now 1520UT), though, there have been snippets
of very weak audio on 1566 (a quiet channel by this time), and also
1287. Carrier still noted on 594 and 972 also.
The propagation monitor said that HLAZ had quite a good recovery
after others had faded out, with peaks at 1430 and 1445 UT, well
after local sunrise here (around 1345). These peaks would have been
better strength than what I heard after 1500.
All below are "best strength".
reasonable audios (though often battling w/splash): 828
not so reasonable audio, occasional words in splash or noise: 594,
612 DU, 774,, 1287, 1566 (this became better after I stopped
listening, per the propagation monitor), 1575
Burbles in the splatter: 693, 954, 963, 1386, 1503
Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by
splatter): 648, 738 DU, 1053, 1269, 1602
best wishes,
Nick
