[IRCA] TAs heard tonight

Fair number of TA carriers heard tonight, with the strongest being 1377, 1089 and 1215.  I counted somewhere around 15 or 20 audible hets.  No audio.  I did note that on SW, Radio Ukraine International strong with S9 + 10 strength in English now (03:30) on 7440.....quite unusual..........Walt Salmaniw, Victoria, BC
