Bill,

I have KWDB with a rapid fading signal that peaks at S-9 +20 db using the Kiwa loop aimed North. KWDB covers KBND Bend.  On the High Performance active whip the KBND dominates with CTC.  KBND also is on top with the H-800 probe.  Time is 0640 UT.
