Those who tend to view 'the market' in the 'there's a sucker born every
minute' mode will surely have a rude awakening. 

Ordinarily, a new product or service needs to be demonstrably superior
to anything similar, readily available, and at a price which the
potential buyer will perceive to be good value for the cost. ( I
believe this is called "Marketing 101" ). None of those criteria have
even been approached.
