You guys have excellent memories!  5 Anthony St it was!  Anthony St is a tiny street between Bradford St & Commercial St.    Ernie's place was small but quaint and had a nice view of the harbor.  As part of my job 1975-1978, I drove to Provincetown every day and frequently ran into Ernie and his partner, Bob.

Dennis asked about Ernie's receiver and antenna.  Definitely the HQ-180 and, I believe, in Provincetown,  the Space Magnet (SM-1) ferrite loop antenna.
