[IRCA] TPs for 3-9

It was a much better morning for TPs than it was yesterday but no audio was heard.  Carriers were heard on 558, 567, 576, 603,  648 657, 606, 693, 747, 792, 828, 873, 972, 1044, 1053, 1089, 1242, 1287, 1305, 1377, 1475, 1503, 1548, 1557, 1566 and 1593 heard from 1315-1350 UT.  The carrier on 792 was the most interesting as I don't hear that one very offten.
