[IRCA] TPs for 3-3

This morning I had audio on 594, 693 774 and 1044.  The carriers were stronger than in the last days and they were: 558, 567, 576, 585, 594, 603, 648, 657, 675, 693, 747, 756, 774, 864, 873, 936, 945, 963, 1008, 1044, 1053, 1134 (KQNA-1130 off again) 1152, 1287, 1368, 1377, 1422, 1503, 1566 and 1593 heard from 1315-1405 UT.
