[IRCA] Computer update (OT)

I just got my computer back and an  internal modim was installed. THat
has speeded up things a bit and the computer seems to load a bit faster.
I called MSN and the tech said there are things they can do on their end
to help speed things up too, as I should be getting 49-55 out here. I
kind of doubt I will get that, but who knows? I will stay with it and
see where this goes.
