[IRCA] 1134 & 1377 bad splash

There could be some audio on 1134 kHz, but domestic splash in bad, carrier is good (level 5).  1206 & 1215 have less domestic QRM.
1377 here is as bad as 1134.  I will try 1323 kHz latter, VOR heard last year here.
