[IRCA] NE Oregon TA tonight!

Wow, some great LWBC TA going on right now, 0340-0405 utc with poor to weak 
audio on 153, 162, 171, 177, 183, 189, 198, 207, 225. Hets with brief fades 
to strong (but no audio so far) on 1053, 1062, 1134--and I don't have a 
proper MW TA-pointing antenna.
