I just got this from FCC: (Dale Bickel)
"The station failed to timely file a renewal of license application, so
it was listed in our database as a deleted station.  I see that they
have since filed a late renewal application, so the license record
should be restored to active status.  I'll do so today, and it should
appear in the AM Query tomorrow (Tuesday).  But until the late license
renewal application is granted, it will have temporary call letters
"DWCGA".
