Patrick & Jim,

That seems to be the way several stations I have contacted have been.
They promise you a QSL saying they do verify and yet nothing comes
forth. Patrick, maybe if you took your report in and waited, maybe they
would type you out that QSL? I have done that and most of the time it
does work.
