 Ice and wind combined to tear the top 200 feet off a 1,000-foot-tall radio 
 tower in western Kansas on Sunday. Christian stations KJIL and KHYM will   
 be off the air for at least several weeks, said Don Hughes, president of   
 Great Plains Christian Radio. The tower is near Copeland, about 40 miles   
 southwest of Dodge City.
