KKDZ has the ability to operate ND-N with reduced power from its day 
site (the KBLE 1050 tower in West Seattle). It used that facility 24/7 
for a while this past year after the KARR site was severely damaged in a 
fire. I'd imagine that they're back to the KBLE site fulltime if they 
have no power at the KARR site.
