[IRCA] Dual Reloj Stations on 790

I'm hearing two Cuban Reloj stations on 790, with an offset of about 2 seconds 
between them (don't set your watch by these guys!), so the RR code groups are 
quite distinct.  I've heard a similar thing on 950, but there the overlap was 
less, and the RR's overlapped.  Has anyone noticed this second 790 Reloj 
before?  And is there any info on power/location?  One of them is presumably 
the Pinar del Rio station, listed at 30 kW.
