Nick Hall-Patch and I heard Norway one winter at about
2250 UTC one afternoon in '94 or '95... that is
2:50PM local time.
Clear as a bell on my Radio Shack DX440 and a small
external loop.
Our rule: Anything is possible at any time. No question.
