Re: [IRCA] Carriers on 1609, 1610 and 1611

When first looked at 1610 last night w/Beckman 51J-4, BFO on, hets at 1609 & 
1611 but no carrier het 1610 - carrier het distinctly absent. 

 DSB Suppressed carrier? AM Equivalent? Someone experimenting? Bozo at it 
again?

 Funny how soviet agents, er, our new partners in prosperity wind up poisoned 
& carrier that is not a carrier mysteriously appears.
