[IRCA] KRSN DX test didn't happen

Not sure this came through this morning, so here is a repost:

The DX test for KRSN failed.
We will try to reschedule it soon.
I'm sorry for the inconvenience... :-(

Here's a note I got from David Sutton, owner/operator of KRSN.
