[IRCA] NE Oregon TPs

This was my best morning this season for Asian TPs, with an enhancement 
beginning around 1418 utc with JJ LF beacons being heard. Switching to MW 
BCB at 1439 utc, 21 MW audios heard, along with the usual 5 LWBC Far East 
Russians (earlier). MW audio on 531, 567, 585, 594, 603, 621, 639, 648, 657, 
693, 711, 738, 747, 774, 828, 1116, 1125, 1134, 1179, 1242, 1332, 1386, 
1404, 1413, 1422, 1431, 1548, 1566, 1593.
693 had the least domestic splatter, and was heard for the 1500 time pips, 
continuing with an occasional word up to 1504 utc. (LWBC on 153, 180, 189, 
234, 279, with weak het on 164 Mongolia, all around 1303 utc.)
Last night, LWBC Russians were also heard on 153, 180, 189, 234 at 0718 utc, 
along with a strong het on 774.
