I agree, this one has been around for a couple of years.  I've not heard 
it here at home or at Grayland, but I make a point to check it when I 
drive through the Tacoma area.  Sometimes it's been off the air, while 
at other times it's running general info about the base.  There are a 
couple of well-placed signs for it on I-5.
