[IRCA] KNPT 1310 Newport OR

Greetings,

In the past several weeks, I have noted quite an increase in the KNPT
1310 signal here on the North Coast during the day. Newport is about 105
air miles South of me, running 5 KW. But their signal which always have
been ok, is better now. At night they drop off the dial going
directional and going to 1 KW. But their day signal has been better than
it has been in years.
