[IRCA] TP audio 16 channels

Hello,

This morning was much better than recent mornings.  16 TPs with audio heard, 3 were LW.  594-657-693-738-774-828-1017-1035-1044-1206-1422-1566-1575.  No Japan on 558 or 567, but Japan JORF 1422 fair at times JJ.  Also Russia on 648 has been absent lately, they could be heard almost every morning in September. Notice than Bill had audio on 648,  just a level 2 carrier here.  Have the day off from work, Election day.  Have a nice day.
