Well, the KEVA test last year, not the most recent test, was heard on 
the East Coast.  I have a clip of my reception.  Admittedly it is 
tough to discern, but I am confident I heard it because I was able to 
piece together the bits of Morse code in the clip.  There was one 
stretch where I clearly received three of the four letters.

Several other DXers East of the Mississippi also heard KEVA.
