[IRCA] CJRJ 1200

They play mostly non-stop east Indian music and only occasional IDs.  At 04:40 they said, "You are listening to a test broadcast from RJ 1200", and then returned to music
These IDs are heard only a few times an hour...perhaps only at 20 min past the hour and 20 min before?  I'll monitor for the next while to see......Walt.
