[IRCA] 5Khz to 6Khz Sweep Tones and/or Morse

I wouldn't have a problem with the 5 kHz offset, nor with the philosophical
implications of whether or not this was a "true" logging.  However, I use a
high-end communications receiver. One thing to consider is how this would
affect those of us using consumer-grade receivers like Superradios, Radio
Shack models, etc.  Everyone should have an equal chance at hearing a DX
test.
