[IRCA] HELP: unID on 1060

At 0300 EST, on 1060, I am hear R.G. Stair preaching. This unID station is
under KYW and XEEP.

I checked out Stairs web site, and found the following----

2:00 AM 4:00 AM Pacific Las Vegas, NV KKVV 1060 AM 120 M-SU 5:00 AM

After checking power levels for KKVV I found that they run 5Kw days, and 43
watts at night. I don't believe conditions are that great that a 43 watt
station will mess up KYW radio.

Any body have any ideas? Perhaps KKVV is still on day power?
