Re: [IRCA] Tips for TP reception EAST of the Rockies? (i.e. in Missouri)

Randy,

I am not sure what your local QRM is regarding open frequencies, but
considering the strongest TPs.
594-JOAK-Tokyo-300KW
693-JOAB-Tokyo-500KW
747-JOIB-Sapporo-500KW
774-JOUB-Akita-500KW
972-HLCA-Danglin-1500KW

DUs
612-4QR-Brisbane-50KW
774-3L0-Melbourne-50KW

Those seem to be the best Another one that seems to get out well is 4BC
1116 Brisbane. Only 5 KW, but directional to the NE.

The X Banders used to be possible, but with all of the US QRM on the
channels, they are not always easy to log.

You might check out what Bill Block or Nigel reports. Both live inland
and hear a lot of good TP DX.
