[IRCA] 810 KLDC

I noticed a religious station mixing with KGO tonight, which rates as 
unusual, so stuck around and after several minutes of Christian music 
heard an ID as KLDC.  This is new for me, and I don't recall seeing any 
reports of them having made the move from 800, so am wondering if this 
is something recent.  Perhaps Patrick Griffith can shed some light on this.
