[IRCA] WODI Test heard in Alabama!

After three weeks of trying, the WODI test made an appearance here in Alabama with
considerable ease. Morse Code and Sweep tones were easy copy, well above the
din--and even caught parts of a voice ID later that evening. Go figure!

Glad to put this one into the log.
