[IRCA] Average AM Here: TPs from Orcas Island, Oct 30.

It was "just" an average AM here, with the JJs doing well an hour 
plus before dawn and the Chinese being more dominant at dawn. Korea 
seemed, in general, down.  The off channel very low on 720 (719.8) 
was doing well, as was the 747.18 off chan that has been around 
lately. 1035 had 1034.94, 1035.00 and 1035.138 on it. Wow! The 
highlights of the morning for me were finally getting a reportable 
recording on CNR2, 1305 and at TOH, to boot... 1500UTC AND having 
decent but low audio on 1475 Borneo.

Anyway, it was very nice!
