This sounds like her voice to me, but I'd certainly defer to NW members who 
can hear them all the the time. I can get them during prime SSS cx. I'd take 
a real good listen several times to your tape and see what material you can 
pull up as perhaps she or the station can help confirm or perhaps you caught 
a phone number or something in there.
