[IRCA] Hearing a C&W station on 1240 here in SoCal

Who is running a C&W request show with female DJ on 1240? I have them
under local KSON mixing with presumed KSMA. Nearest listed station
would be KSLV-CO (which gets out fairly well) or KCRT-CO (which gets
out very poorly).
Anyone else hearing this?
