[IRCA] Conclusion to DX Alert

At 2040 PDT the mystery HS football station faded back up/in/thru and
was noted with game wrap-up.  Crook County mentioned several times which
means it is KRCO Prineville OR.  Glad to find out who it was but sorta
wished it was KSLJ as I've never heard that one.  In fact I've only
heard 3 or 4 stations on 690 in the past 20-30 years.  Think I heard
Honolulu many years back from S.F.

One other item of (possible) interest.  KGAB-650 Cheyenne WY has become
a nuisance of late.  Overriding KSTE-Sacramento early this morning right
after midnight with a nice clear ID at 0005 & just noted a few minutes
ago again over KSTE and a rocker I suspect is CISL.
