[IRCA] More TAs in North Alabama

Last night heard Croatia-1134, and Virgin-1215 from
the UK.  Second night in the row for both.  Just a bit
weaker than Tuesday night.  Croatia has been the TA
"champ" so far this season.

Not as many TA carriers, but still above average. 
I've got to get a longer wire out so I can start
pulling some audio from something new.
