[IRCA] NE Oregon, TPs Monday morning

With good Asian TP reception this morning, no doubt it would have been a 
repeat of the tremendous Grayland conditions we had Sunday and Saturday 
morning. Of course only a fraction of the signals made it inland here, but 
audio was heard on 531 Australia, with Asian reception on 567, 585, 594, 
612, 621, 639, 693, 747, 774, 828, 1566, 1575.
LWBC had good reception from the usual Far East Russians on 153, 180, 189, 
234, 279, but 171 also heard this morning, as well as 164 and 209 
Mongolia--all in the 1200-1345 utc period. 162 had a nice het but never 
produced audio.
