A top Hat -- is used to be able to feed the tower and give the effect that the tower is taller.   It's hard to say -- it will depend on how the job is done.  I would expect a same change in the signal -- but again it will all depend on the final facility.   Keep in mind that KFI has allowed all of the open land around both the tall main tower and the shorter back-up tower -- to be used by several large industrial buildings.   The ground system is no longer "prime" or pure.  It has inch's of hard concrete and asphalt on top of the entire system -- as well as the very large warehouses.
