[IRCA] WODI 1230 DX TEST

Just minutes ago logged the weekly 5 minute WODI 1230 Khz DX test (00:00 to
00:05 ELT on Sunday Morning).  Heard well, slightly above the noise with
Morse Code and sweep tones.
