[IRCA] WNJC 1360 DX Test

The WNJC-1360 DX Test was received here.  Slow, stepped and fast sweep 
tones, and Morse code ID were heard here at times quite clearly at 1:31 am 
ET and beyond, Oct 1 2006.  There was a constant het from 1359kHz also on 
the channel at the time.

Unfortunately WBZT West Palm Beach, overwhelms anything on 1230, so the 
WODI test was not heard.
