[IRCA] 15 minutes worth of dx + noise

Tried for a few minutes around the bewitching hour last night.  Two of
interest to note.....KTNS-1060-Oakhurst CA popped up for a nice clear ID
after some NOS/AdCon music about 2353.  They may be fairly close in
distance but their 23 watts rarely makes it here at night.  Was looking
for KRCN.

On 650 the EZL music heard was identified as KRTR Honolulu with their
'650 AM' slogans and other identifiable info.  Cutting thru KSTE rather
nicely.  Fortunately they are in the one direction that has the least
noise here.

Just prior to 0645 PDT I quickly checked the noise band.  774 was
covered by buzz.  Nice hets tho on 828, 972, 1242 & 1332.  Nothing heard
on 1566.  KCVR has IBOC.
