[IRCA] NE Oregon TPs

No sign of Australia; Asian signals were poor until the end, with a nice 
enhancement for Japan and Thailand noted here. 6 audio's heard, but 1575 
Thailand was the strongest I've heard from here (7/10 rating) at 1354 
utc--of course faded away by TOH. PNG beacons GA and KUT heard every morning 
I've listened, past several weeks.
