[IRCA] 16 TPs with Audio

Good Morning,

16 TPs heard with audio this morning 9/26/2006.  Morning started out slow but pick up fast at 1320 UTC.  Unkown stations heard on these frequencies 738 woman in Asian language- 891 much fading with woman in Asian lanuage
1062 man in Asian language- 1134 much fading sounded like JJ- 

The station that I have been hearing on 648 is VOR in Vladivostok, Russia.  They broadcast in KK.  Thanks Pat for the information on this station.  

Long-wave, nothing but noise.
