[IRCA] Re; Upcoming CKDO Test

I have seen several posts on the upcoming special
program/test from CKDO-1580, and several have
mentioned the possibility of code & tones being
included in this broadcast.

A few of the posts I've read even came very close to
indicating that code/tones WOULD be included, but I
haven't seen anything absolutely concrete on this.

Can anyone confirm?
