[IRCA] NE Oregon, 164 Mongolia

LWBC 164 Mongolia first time heard this season, weak, man and woman talking, 
1225 utc first heard; better at 1257 utc. Not part of Radio Rossii format 
(as PAL and WRTH note). Other Far East Russians (running Radio Rossii) 
decent today--153, 171, 180, 189, 234, 279 playing jazz.
1725 GA, PNG beacon, 1317 utc and better at 1346 utc; 1737 KUT, PNG beacon, 
1239 utc and better at 1345 utc.
Many MW hets with some producing audio between 1300-1330. At the end with 
other 9kc channel audio gone and hets fading, 594 was still there 
medium/loud audio. 1098 had a big het 1300-1345 utc, but can't seem to get 
audio from it.
Last night had mostly poor TA/Trans Polar reception with audio from 162, 
189, 198 and a big het on 1062 and weaker hets on several others--around 
0320 utc.
