[IRCA] Good Asian Morning 13 Sept + Help with Unid.

I wasn't up early enough to scan the entire band, but the lower one-half of
MW was hopping with strong hets on virtually all splits, and good audio from
the Japanese "big guns", 1315-1345 UTC.

I noticed a number of 9-kHz peaks with nearby off-channel stations via the
SDR-1000 panadapter, including 531/531.2, and 693/693.3 kHz.

Here's a short clip of JOAK NHK1 making it above the splatter on 594:

have been far clearer at the coast, away from the locals!

A puzzler for me was 693 this morning, as when I listen to the audio it
sounds Korean rather than Japanese, yet there is no Korean listed for 693
khz in the PAL list. Please take a listen and let me know if you think this
is just JOAB Tokyo on 693, or if it sounds Korean to you also. I'm not that
knowledgeable on either language and I might be wrong:
