[IRCA] Strong Carrier on 1215 kHz

Good Morning,

1150 UTC and a very strong carrier on 1215 kHz with a S-9 +20 signal   The direction  using the SM loop and the KIWA is from the North or South.  With the EWE NW the signal is S-5.  Never heard before.  Very steady signal.
