[IRCA] TP Asians in NE Oregon

Another good morning for inland-TP reception. Between about 1230-1330 utc, 
audio was heard from 594, 666, 693, 747, 774, 828, 864, 1143, 1566, 1575 
kHz--all Asian reception. So far nothing from DU heard here.
