[IRCA] TA 1134 etc.

Thursday evening (UT Friday Sept.8) around 0330 UTC (10:30pm Central) I
was getting bits of music and a fair or better carrier on 1134-strong
enough for the sync detector on the Sony 7600GR to lock on... but also
lots of slop from KWKH-1130.  Also noticed decent BFO-detectable
carriers on frequencies like 531, 684, 999, 1206, 1215.
