[IRCA] Off freq. stations and MOUNTAIN DEFRACTION?

Now that's what I really wanted: confirmation that it's not WFGN that's off 
on 1180. Maybe it's the Knoxville station.

What throws me is that the DF on the source of the het is so close to 
WMYT-1180 that I believed it's WFGN that throwing the het. About 5º west of 
WMYT's null on my SM-2. I wonder if the Smokies are ducting the Knoxville 
station's signal south.

WBCK-1550, the source of the het on 1550 DF's about 5º south of WLLQ-1530 
(Chapel Hill, NC). It should DF north of
WLLQ.

Incidentally, WMYT-1180 was +90 back in about 2000. A simple e-mail and they 
corrected quickly.
