[IRCA] Carriers or spurs on 1561.5 and 1578.5

Am hearing hets against 1580 and 1560 here at night.  Several days ago I
mentioned hearing a het against 1580, a carrier on 1578.5.  Two days ago I
spotted a "twin" on 1561.5.  These are both 8.5Khz on either side of
1570khz.  Loop bearing is nearly E/W from here.  Hets are heard at night
with slight fading.  Is there a station on 1570 that is producing spikes
8.5khz +/- from their carrier?  The hets are strong and easily heard on R8A
and YB400.  Tonight I'll try and listen on car radio in around Joliet to see
if I can hear this away from home.
